We are almost done with the addition to our building. There will be three new treatment rooms. This was done in response to our schedule being booked out months in advance and the difficulty some patients had in scheduling appointments. Our patients will now be able to enjoy the ability to schedule their appointments sooner.
The addition will also allow us to address the needs our patients have for periodontal issues that come up. We will be able to better serve those in need of scaling and root planning procedures (deep cleanings).
We have also remolded our front desk in anticipation for the increase in patient flow so that we can better serve our patients with quicker checkouts and scheduling.
Some of our patients may already be aware and some may not, that we are now using an automated email/texting system to contact our patients regarding the confirmation of their appointments. We have had an unbelievable positive response to this system. This system will allow our patients to “grade” us on many different aspects of our service to them. After appointments, patients may receive post visit online evaluations. The most positive thing we have experienced in the history of our practice is reading the positive 5 star evaluations our office has constantly received since the initiation of this program.
In staff news, both Julie Wooten and Chandra Reed will be coming on full time with us as hygienists. We also have plans to add a 4th hygienist in early 2010.
And we want to say a huge heartfelt ‘Thank You’ to all of our patients who have made this growth possible. We would be unable to do it without you. We take this growth as a signal that our patients are pleased with the care they receive here at TRFD.
